Monogram Salon Policies

We kindly ask that before booking an appointment, you review our salon policies. We hold ourselves to a very high standard to bring all of our guests a high quality salon experience.

Pets & Children

Although we love both, a salon environment is not a safe space for either. In addition to being an unsafe environment for your loved ones, the salon is often an escape for those looking to relax and unwind. If your childcare arrangements have changed plans for your appointment, please notify the salon as soon as possible to be rescheduled. This policy is intended for any and all children who are not receiving a service.

Sickness & Rescheduling

Your appointments are very important to Monogram Salons stylists. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a cancellation fee of the service(s) originally scheduled. If this its a recurring issue that you miss appointments or reschedule your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.

Consultations and pricing quotes

Our stylists offer complimentary consultations and are able to quote your color prior to your service. This eliminates any potential surprises that may come upon checking out.

No Call/No Shows

If you do not notify your stylist of adjustments or cancellation on the date of your service(s) you will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked.

Refunds

Monogram Salon does not offer refunds of any kind. If you are unhappy with the outcome your service, please notify your stylist within 2 weeks of your service.

Contracts and Waivers

Should your stylist require a contract or waiver, it will be managed between the stylist and you, the client. Each stylist within Monogram is self-employed and conducts their own business within Monogram Salon. All Bridal Services require a contract.
